For warehouse leads, plant managers, and contractors
A used forklift, matched and priced before you meet the yard.
One request. One vetted dealer. A truck walked against the book.
When the week is real, the job is a reliable used forklift without overpaying and without a lemon. You get one dealer on a state seat, a written grade, and a price set against the book. Asking this desk is free.

The standard we shop to.
Buyer
Warehouse leads, plant managers, and contractors who need a truck this month.
Pain
Finding a reliable used forklift fast, without overpaying or ending up with a lemon.
Outcome
A matched truck from a vetted dealer, inspected to a written grade, priced against the book.

Typical gap versus a comparable new sit-down

Buyer path
Request, source, inspect, introduce.
- 01
Request
Capacity, fuel, mast, hours ceiling, ZIP, the week you need it, and a budget band. A request without a ZIP does not go to a yard. You do not pay this desk to ask.
- 02
Desk sources
The seat holder in that state gets four business hours of first look. If they pass, one backup. Then we tell you nobody honest has it.
- 03
Inspection and price check
A is cleared in writing. B is work ready, priced inside the band. C is a project with the defects named. The number sits against the price book.
- 04
Intro and close
You meet one yard and you pay that yard for the truck. Fleet fees are written on a separate note before any introduction.
A short story
How a file moves when the week is named.
A second-shift dock needed a 5,000 lb cushion LP before the line changed. The request named capacity, fuel, mast, an hours ceiling under 8,000, the ZIP, and the week. The seat holder in that state had four business hours. The truck that came back was graded B: honest wear, mast photos in the file, price inside the book for that class ($11,500 to $22,000). The buyer paid the yard. The desk did not sell the iron, and the buyer did not pay the desk to ask.
A composite of the desk's path, not a customer report. See the example scenarios for the same idea with the fees written out.
Buy
One shortlist, not twelve callbacks.
Capacity, fuel, hours ceiling, zip, and a real week. We hand it to one yard.

Desk grade
We grade the iron before we introduce anyone.
- A · Cleared. Hour meter, mast, hydraulics, and power in writing. Photos match the serial.
- B · Work ready. Honest wear. Priced inside the band. No story about a fresh engine with no invoice.
- C · Project. Named defects. Priced as a project. We do not call it rent-ready.
Example scenarios
Five ways a file can look.
These illustrate how the desk works. They are not client testimonials.
Example scenario
Warehouse fleet replacement
Three 5,000 lb cushion LP trucks, quoted as a placement before any yard sees the name.
Example scenario
A contractor's first truck
One 5,000 lb pneumatic, a budget that has to face the band, and no fee to the buyer.
Example scenario
A dealer taking a state seat
Ten files to judge the paper, then $1,250 a month for four-hour first look in one state.
Example scenario
A seller liquidating sit-downs
A screen from the book on each truck. The seller can refuse every bid. The dealer pays $295 to be introduced.
Example scenario
Rough terrain for a yard and a jobsite
A wide band, $18,000 to $55,000, narrowed by lift height and the ground before anyone is introduced.
For yards
The morning paper is unsold in your state.
First ten buyer introductions are free, so you can judge the paper. After that a state seat is $1,250 a month. Seller introductions are $295, because that is iron you can buy. Fleet files are quoted, not dumped into a seat.

Dealer and seller path
Seat, qualify, price, introduce.
- 01
Seat or screen
A yard asks for the first ten buyer files in one state. A seller sends year, hours, and a grade. The screen comes back the same day.
- 02
Qualify the paper
Photos and the serial before a dealer is introduced on a seller file. Buyer files need a real week and a ZIP. Fleets are quoted, not dumped into a seat.
- 03
Price against the book
The range starts from the public band and moves for year, hours, grade, and whether the power is known. It is a screen, not an appraisal and not a bid.
- 04
Introduce
One dealer gets four hours on a buyer request. A seller introduction is $295 when the paper is real. A fleet is quoted in writing, and it is not a $195 lead.
