Method
How a matched truck gets in front of you.
You are a buyer who needs a reliable used forklift on a real week. The pain is overpaying, or taking a lemon because the mast never made the photo. The outcome is one vetted dealer, a written grade, and a price set against the book.
The job to be done is a truck that fits the load and the floor, inspected before you travel, priced against the book, from a dealer who will answer. You do not pay this desk to ask. You pay the yard that owns the truck.
One dealer in the state gets four business hours. If they pass, one backup. Then we tell you nobody honest has it.
For buyers
From the request to the close.
- 01
Request
Capacity, fuel, mast, hours ceiling, ZIP, the week you need it, and a budget band. A request without a ZIP does not go to a yard. You do not pay this desk to ask.
- 02
Desk sources
The seat holder in that state gets four business hours of first look. If they pass, one backup. Then we tell you nobody honest has it.
- 03
Inspection and price check
A is cleared in writing. B is work ready, priced inside the band. C is a project with the defects named. The number sits against the price book.
- 04
Intro and close
You meet one yard and you pay that yard for the truck. Fleet fees are written on a separate note before any introduction.
For dealers and sellers
From a seat or a screen to an introduction.
- 01
Seat or screen
A yard asks for the first ten buyer files in one state. A seller sends year, hours, and a grade. The screen comes back the same day.
- 02
Qualify the paper
Photos and the serial before a dealer is introduced on a seller file. Buyer files need a real week and a ZIP. Fleets are quoted, not dumped into a seat.
- 03
Price against the book
The range starts from the public band and moves for year, hours, grade, and whether the power is known. It is a screen, not an appraisal and not a bid.
- 04
Introduce
One dealer gets four hours on a buyer request. A seller introduction is $295 when the paper is real. A fleet is quoted in writing, and it is not a $195 lead.
Who it is for
The buyer with a week.
Warehouse leads, plant managers, and contractors. Capacity, fuel, mast, hours ceiling, ZIP, and the week go on one ticket. A request without a ZIP does not go to a yard.
What comes back
A grade and a band.
A is cleared in writing. B is work ready, priced inside the band. C names the defects and is priced as a project. We do not invent a certification we do not hold. The bands live on the price book.
Open the price book
A forklift can run 15,000 hours and still be the right buy. It can also be 2,000 hours and a bent rail. Hours are a clue. The mast is the sentence.
